Hungry!

I know all these sites say we only need to consume an extra 200 calories a day and that we aren't really eating for two but yesterday I was eating for 5! I was hungry for most of the day and was eating every 2hrs haha!! Felt sickly most days but yesterday couldn't stop eating! Anyone else feeling more hungry?

    Yep I was the same on Friday. Didn't feel as sick all day but had to get up in the night to find my gaviscon as I had chronic acid heartburn! x
