i car go on feeling like this!HELP i went to doctor

hiya i worte a couple of days ago about how i was feeling and i went to doctors to day and ended up cryin when i told her how im feelin and she said i have post natal depression and gave me some tablets i feel better knowing that i ay going mad no more just wanted to let every1 else no and if any one else feels the way i did i just want to say make sure u tell the doctor cause they wont judge like i though they would they help
