  sometimes i feel as if i cant cope. i feel as if it will never get better. i cant live with this forever. its so hard to forget about all the bad things that run thru my head. but i have to be strong for my baby. shes the only 1 keeping me going. xxxx

  I know exactly how you feel. I was diagnosed with PND 8 months ago and at the time I thought I would never come through it. I'm not saying that I am completley better now, but as time has gone on I am learning to cope a lot better. I went to see my doctor on a weekly basis, which really helped. Is there anyone that you can talk to?
