Potty recommendations?

Hi girlies,
We are thinking of potty training Connor soon and wanted to get a potty a little in advance so he can get used to it.
Do any of you have any recommendations please?

    Shea wasn't that taken with an ordinary potty so I went and bought a teddy bear potty seat. It was only ??5 from a local cheapy store called "In Store" that we have here. It's a little plastic seat and the back support has a teddy bear face and then it has a little removable potty bit on the seat.

    He's much happier sitting in this than a normal one.

    Another good tip my canadian sister in law gave me was cherrios!! Pop a few cheerios in the bottom of the potty and boys just love trying to aim at them when they are weeing!!!
