Which Potty??

Hi All,

Hope u are all well. Im thinking of starting the dreaded potty training sometime soon as shayla will be two in July and she seems to understand things quite well now. Was just wondering if anybody could recommend a potty they got on well with an LO found easy to use ect.... if anybody has any suggestions/advice that will also be useful and much appreciated - im not looking forward to this but she cant stay in nappies forever lol !!!

We have one from mothercare - forget the name but its a potty with a proper seat that can go on the toilet later, and it has a lid so it can also be used as a step. We've been getting cole to sit on it since he turned 1 and he manages fine to sit on it..we've yet to see any wee on it though but he can get on it well, and the step is handy for when he cleans his teeth.

My mate has got one thats a high backed seat type one - like a little throne lol.

I think the ones with a proper seat are easier for them to sit on - we have a basic potty downstairs that we've sat cole on and he doesn't so much sit as squat and it looks uncomfy
