OK - so not sure what to make of this, but wondered if anyone else was in a similar situation?
I had a glucose tolerance test on Thursday and all my other bloods too (I am 30 weeks tomorrow). Had GTT as baby is measuring big. Glucose result was 7.8 and less than 7.8 is considered normal. They wanted to see me right away and as couldn't go on Friday am going to see diabetic nurse on Monday morning. I am now really worried as I don't eat much sugar, I'm not overweight and do plenty of exercise. To add to that, just got a letter from GP telling me that they want to repeat "the blood test" in two weeks, but no indication of whether this is to do with GTT or other bloods so I'm terrified something else is wrong.
Sorry for the rant, and I suspect I should just chill out and find out what they say on Monday!
