I think the worst culprit is the cheese with mold in it or a mold rind because of the listeriaand also liver products (including cod liver oil and pate).
Much of the rest is due to general risk of food poisoning.
You also need to wear gloves when touching soil/gardening and wash all fruit and veg thoroughly to avoid the toxiplasmosis.
The only other thing I was told was to limit caffeine intake (including chocolate) as there is some recent research suggesting a link with miscarriage and growth problems.
