Really sore nipple...

For about a week now my nipples have been slightly leaking but in no way sore.

Last night my left nipple become very sore, i can't touch it or have anything touching it, it was leaking quite a bit then it kind of dried over, so had to gently wipe it.



Is it normal to become this sore or should i see someone about it?

    hiya i am 26weeks tommorow and mine have been leaking slightly aswell, the last week both my nipples feel really tender to touch and quite sore its the same feeling with them as before i was pregnant and around the time my period was due. i no not much help but sounds the same as me lol
