Have we finally done it?

My Husband and I have been trying for a baby for 3 years after him having a vastecomy reversal. He had a vasectomy at quite a young age (28) with his ex partner. We had it reversed in 2008 and been trying ever since.
I am now 4 days late and have finally plucked up the courage to do a pregnancy test after months and months of wasted ones and I have a faint postive line.
We daren't read to much into it at the moment until a quite a definite line, but I am thinking have we finally done it.
