hi im 14 weeks pregnant with my first and i have stomach cramps in my lower stomach its not painful just slightly uncomfortable and theres no bleeding. i just wondered if this is normal and just my ligaments stretching?? if anyone could give me advice to help me stop worrying that would be great thank u.xx

    Very, very normal. Aches and pains seem to come and go on different days. Only worry if they start to really cramp or if you spot/bleed.



    Pregnancy is stressful at times completely understand but I'm sure you and baby fine x

    thank you that really does help.  i had bleeding when i was six weeks and even tho i had 12 week scan two weeks ago and everything was fine i still seem to panic at every twinge.xx
