Glucose Tolerance Test for Gestational Diabetes

Hi all , just wondering if anyone has had the glucose tolerance test and how did it go ? I have it tomorrow and im.dreading it , i HATE needles and hospitals , and the thought of 2 blood tests and a 2 hour wait for the lucozade to react , fills me with dread !! Has anyone had the test and how was it .?

    Hello mummy! I had the test when I was 28 weeks and it was positive, 7.8 when the cut off was 7.7. Just take a good book and you'll be fine, on a different note, your having a baby and that involves lots of needles and hospitals, so get used to it!
