Obstetic cholestasis and stillbirth

Hi,I lost a baby boy at 30 weeks,7 years ago,I had the feeling something was wrong because I'd noticed that my baby wasn't moving as frequently and when he did he seemed to do so with less strength,after a check at the hospital I was sent home,I was told all was well.

However,the next day he didn't move at all so I went to see my midwife who sent me to the hospital again where I was told that my son had died.

A few days after the delivery I noticed alot of small spots over where my liver is,all though the hospital said they had no explaination for his death I'm now having thoughts that this could be why.

I'd be grateful for any opinions.
