Zumba during pregnancy

I was just wondering whether anybody did or is doing zumba during pregnancy. I only started after I had my first and I am now 21 weeks and still feeling fine and enjoying it. Is there a point when I should stop? Can I just continue as long as I feel fine? I can't shake my hips as much as usual due to my growing bump but that's ok.
