12 week scan and scared :(

I had an early scan at 7 weeks due to a bit of spotting. They seen it was a bruise on my cervix and would go away on its own and to expect a bit more spotting which has only happened the once after fooling around with my partner I seen babies heartbeat and nurse said all is ok now I'm just about to turn 10 weeks the first official scan is getting closer and I'm so nervous Is there more of a chance baby will still be ok with me already seeing a heartbeat earlier on? This is my first xx
