Leaky boobies

Hi girls, I'm around 4 weeks pregnant with my third, my boobs have leaked non stop since I was 16 weeks pregnant with my first she is now 3 and a half and my boobs haven't stopped.

i haven't breast fed either of my two girls because of my inverted nipples (partly) 

i don't plan on breast feeding but it would be nice if after my third the leaking would stop

i have been to doctor 2-3 times about it they said they couldn't help. There's got to be something? 

I drench the bed every night and and have to wear breast pads everyday which costs a small fortune

any ideas? Also I find on a night wearing breast pads isn't helping as obviously my boobs move in my sleep and the breast pads arnt staying in place I've tried every make.
