Hi girls,
I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I am terrified about labour and currently not thinking about it. Do we think NCT classes are the way forward. So much money whilst spending out for everything else but happy to go for it if it is going to help.
I'm torn. Suggestions? Ta

i had nhs ones first time around and didnt find them much help.
labour is a scary thing but im looking at doing it for the forth time so it cant be that bad.lol i had really good mw care during labour and they made me feel at ease

yes yes yes!!! Great info wise (though heavy on the natural stuff) but i mainly did it for the people. Its basically buying friends and worth every penny! I wouldn't have survived the past two years without those women!
