i think i squish my baby! ! !

im scare  today i was laying on the couch and i wanted to get up i really think i squish my babys head im still in shock i even felt his HEAD ! ! i been wondering for the past 3 hours if i hurt him or not ! very worry here too ! ugh  can it be that i hurt him i can still feel so worry about it i cant even sleep thinking about it ! ! plz help
