All ok now teapot thanks taking it easy as not sleeping well every twinge is making me paranoid. My eldest is in bits about it all she's terrified il go back in and they will keep me there for ages poor thing she is ten and understands a lot but not all so it's really hard to find the best way to deal with her I'm trying cuddles sympathy and to be as honest as I can
