period is 12 days late and neg hpt

Hi I am new to this so I hope im posting in the rite place. I have a 29 day cycle my last period was the 16th of Aug and it is now Sep 25and no sign of af, I have been dry down below for over a week and I am tired quite a lot and sorry if tmi but I have thrush down below and also a metallic taste in my mouth. I last tested 2 days ago and got a bfn lol I'm confused im usually regular anyone had or have this please?
