No symptoms at 4 weeks, 5 days

I am 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I don't have any symptoms at all. I have been pregnant before and one was termination as I was very young and one was a miscarriage. Before the termination my boobs were killing before I even had a missed period. Then before my miscarriage I had no symptoms. Now I have no symptoms again and I am really worried. Why did my breasts hurt in the past pregnancy but absoloutley nothing this time? I'm sick of this worry and I can't even sleep at night much because of it

    Try not to worry.   Each pregnancy is different.   I've had 3 pregnancies.   The first I had no symptoms at all and it ended in miscarriage at 10 weeks.   The second and third I had morning sickness and fatigue starting at 7 weeks, never had any symptoms before 7 weeks.   Be patient, everything is likely fine.
