Hoping this is it, early Christmas miracle.

Hello ladies. I'm pretty excited to say  I've had two positive pregnancy tests. I took one Friday night and it was very faint. Decided to wait till Sunday night. Took one last night and got a BFP!!! Making an appointment today to confirm. I have been waking up in the middle of the night to pee and my breasts are huge already.
