Possible pregnancy?

hey guys im slightly nervous typig this but I wanted to get some advice. 

So about 2 years ago now I had a surgical abortion And had the coil fitted in after. But recently since December my periods that  were regular and heavy became random a extremely light as in spotting on one day every couple weeks an in early February I had a small uti and there was a small amount of bleeding, since then there has been no bleeding at all! but lately I have had  lots of stomach pains, back pain In between my hips, feeling very fatigued and feeling very sicky and I have also expressed a liquid from one of my breasts I have taken many tests and all come up negative but something doesn't feel right, I will be making a doctors appionement in the morning but as of now I wondered if anyone could give me advice on any similar situations or just What they think x thank you for reading x
