****Official Launch of the Adult and Babies Mumdrum Secret Santa 2013****** Deadline Extended!!

Well we can't really put it off any longer ladies! It's time to get The 2013 Mumdrum Secret Santa up and going!

You have until Saturday 26th October at 8pm Wednesday 30th October at 8pm to submit your questionnaires to MumdrumSecretSanta2013@gmail.com 

Please write in the subject heading if you are sending Adult or Baby Secret Santa!

For the Adults:

Please fill in this short questionnaire and include it in your email to help your Secret Santa along the way!

1. Do you collect anything? 

2. What are your favourite shops?
3. Do you have any hobbies? 

4. Is there anything you are avoiding, or allergic to, that your secret santa needs to know about?
5. Worst gift imaginable? 

6. Best gift imaginable? 

7. Favourite colour? 

8. Favourite type of chocolate (brand etc)?
9. Is there anything else you'd like your secret santa to know?

For the Babies

1. how many babies/toddlers you would like participating,
2. Boys or Girls (include their names if you wish)
3. Any interests that they may have
4. Anything that you know they are allergic to!

Maximum Spend Limit is £10 per person/child and it is up to you whether this will include postage!

For all secret santa entries, please make sure you include your real  name, username and address for your Secret Santa to send your gift to!
