My little one goes off fine... It's just at 1am ish he struggles... I've tried the baby whisperer and it just doesn't work for us... I end up co sleeping as this is the only thing that settles him....
We came out the other side but I think the six month sleep regression started early as after a few weeks of good naps and sleeping we have gone backwards again. I have read that they can merge!
