bump pain - anyone had this
I've got sciatica at the moment anyway so im not sleeping but this morning ive woke up and my entire bump hurts. Really aching all over,anyone had this ?

Is it a muscle type pain? Stretching? Do you think bump has sprouted a bit? Could you be tensing your abs because your back is sore?
