Expressing question
I struggle to pump a lot of milk during the day, maybe 30ml. I pump at 4am 90/120ml but H gives this to R when he gets in from work.
I'm going to be visiting a friend for a few days next week. We will be probably going on outings each day, I wanted to get at least 2 feeds of 120ml to give R midday as she currently feeds every 1-2hrs.
I was thinking of pumping 30ml a day & putting it together to make 120ml. Can I put these in the fridge over 4days then mix together to freeze? Or do you need to freeze straight away once pumped?
I only ever usually leave pumped milk from 4am to 6pm in the fridge

You can store fresh milk for 5/6 days at the back of the fridge. Alternatively you can freeze and add fresh milk to the frozen milk once cold. This might be helpful kellymom.com/.../milkstorage.
