Can anyone recommend some low gi, diabetes friendly breakfasts that I can have at work at my desk?
Not sure but I know Enterflora on Hitched has a low GI diet, might be worth asking her?
Natural unsweetened yogurt with fruit and a spoonful of unsweetened muesli
A fruit smoothie (I like banana, milk and 1tsp of peanut butter)
Rivita with low fat cream cheese
