Smoked Salmon

I have also eaten smoked salmon throughout. I found that the advice was very conflicting and so checked with the MW who said that it was fine

Yep, just dont do what I did and munch your way through a whole load of salmon at Yo Sushi! thinking it was smoked, when it was raw!

Smoked salmon is fine as it's still classed as cooked whereas salmon gravadlax is cured therefore not cooked so you can't eat that.
