Advice needed re itchy lumps ..7 weeks pregnant

It's been two days and nights...sleepless ones I may add now because of these red, itchy lumps that I can only describe are like hives/insect bites. I do know that they're not insect bites though as my partner has none at all and sleeps next to me all night. My head, arms, legs, buttocks ...well, everywhere basically has at least one on them. I'm tearing itchy. I'm 7 weeks pregnant today so reluctant to take anything because I'm unsure if it's allowed. I have my first booking in app in hospital in exactly one week and was planning on waiting but I don't think I can. Anyone else had this? I'm getting a bit worried it could be something bad ..I hate going the docs
