Am I pregnant?

I need some help and advice. I am not trying to conceive but I think I may be pregnant. I should start my period this week so I'm not late yet. About a week and a half ago I had this brownish red discharge for a day, it wasn't heavy at all. A week after that I started to feel really weird getting dizzy spells and really tired but always looking for food. Along with that my nipples are really sore and sensitive. Do you think I could be pregnant ?
