bleeding just in the mornings??

Hi everyone,  so I've had spotting for a while and ended up in the epu on wednesday for an early scan which I had internally....they dated me 5 weeks and 5 days, after the scan I started bleeding red blood straight away, the Dr said it was oral after an internal......this last a few days but never enough to go on a pad, only when I wiped....anyway now I start bleeding red first thing in the morning then it completely disappears in the early afternoon till  morning again....anyone else had this? And had a healthy baby? Or is it a miscarriage?  Thanks for any help
