16wk old and pregnant again!!

Hi i currently have a 16wks old LG so happy with her and im now pregnant again with 2nd. I'm a little scared of what to expect as my fist pregnancy was a blast no sickness nothing. Im currently 4weeks and i have had fainting spells aswell as dizziness. And i plan to go back to work within the next few weeks. I have child care sorted as its day shifts working with O/H. 

Wonder if anyone else has been or is in a similar situation as i havent confronted the family yet or friends.

O/H knows and he is excited but scared aswell. As my L/O gave me a 3rd degree tear and i had loads of stiches.
