No Appetite

I am in my second trimester and I have no appetite. My stomach can be growling but It seems every time I try to eat I always get nauseous and can't finish. Today for instance I haven't ate since dinner(a half fruit cup n half a taco) last night. I tried to eat some fries n tenders at about 2 but after about 4fries n a bite of the tender I got sick..  But now im super hungry all over again. Is anybody else going through this?? What can I do?
