Worried mama

Hi im currently four months pregnant with my 2nd child  christmas eve i took three pregnancy test and all came back positive ☺ just last night i started bleeding i went upto hospital and they told me they think everything is  fine i also saw my gp she checked my belly and is confident she heard a heart beat im just wondering is there anybody else out there that has experienced this
