At 11wks baby should still be low down in your pelvis. This could simply be where your belly button is adjusting with the growing bump (it can change from inny to outy before the end of pregnancy).
The other possibility would be a multiple pregnancy causing extra growth & stretch...

Is this your first baby?
That looks like split abs to me. It's common to have poking through with split abs. Could also be an umbilical hernia. I'd get it checked, because it's unlikely to be baby at 11 weeks xx
This is my 2nd baby, only one in there.
