Sickness during pregnancy

hi, I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant with my first child. Today I've been in bed all day with sickness and a headache, I feel so poorly. I was just wondering if this is normal as I've only had tiredness and the odd sickne in the morning, should I be worried that I've been poorly all day and not been able to move out of bed or eat? i also have Crohn's disease I don't know if these may be a reason why.
