Faint hpt or am I tripping?

Hi ladies. I've been experiencing some odd symptoms & I started to assume I could possibly be pregnant. Symptoms included: headaches, light nausea, off & on appetite, lightheaded/dizziness, twinges on my left ovary, very random allergies (never had before) & light off & on spotting. The inverted test is a test I took today & saw a realllllly faint line & the other is a test I took during possible IB bleeding and it was much more visible. I've been going nuts the past couple weeks wondering. I need an extra pair of eyes so I don't feel too crazy what do you ladies see?
