I dont know whats goin on

okay. I dont know where to begin. This whole month i been without a period. I have been sexually active as well but weve been careful.... But anyways my nipples are mildly sore... Not too bad.... I have been feeling sick... But i hhaven't vomited.. The feeling comes an goes along with mild cramps and pressure on my back.... Maybe ita stress but then again i dont know. I havent taken a test im scared itll say positive.... What do yall think???
