Labour

Hi, I'm currently 38 +4 I am experiencing really bad lower back pain and period like pains. Ive had loose bowels for the past 5/6 days and the other morning I had to run to the toilet to be sick. at 36 weeks I was 3/5 engaged and at my last appointment two days ago the comment under 'engaged' says either 'eny' 'eng' it's really hard to read anyway and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they think it means. Also if anyone thinks I'm in early stages of labour or not this is my first pregnancy so I'm just seeking advice!
