Preg Books?

Hello ladies

this is my very first post on the pregnancy forum having got my BFP this morning! i have spent many a month lingering on here though and hope to spend tons of time with you all.

anyway, i was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good pregnancy book - i'd like one that does not beat around the bush and tells it as it is?

any recommendations would be grateful

    i got a good one from my midwife, think the one i have is only availible in wales but yours mite have a simlar one
