Had a fall

I had a fall yesterday and feeling awful. i just blacked out and fell down the stairs, luckily my fella was in front of me, so grabbed me before i fell into the fish tank at the bottom of the stairs!
I spoke to the midwife and she said everything is fine but i feel like i've been in a car crash! I'm sure i've got whip lash or something and i've bruised all my back.

Feeling sorry for myself lol

    ooh sounds painful - if you feel at all dizzy in future make sure you sit straight down - I have low blood pressure and quite often feel dizzy and faint and have learned now that I have to sit down immediately.

    Rest up you poor thing - you're probably still in a bit of shock as well.
