Confused & need help

I had my period on the 18th of Nov ... I had sex with a friend  the 27th (please don't judge me) & then got back with my ex & had sex with him on the 30th of Nov . 1st & 2nd of december . I was supposed to ovulate between the 30&5 . My doctor told me my 14 day is the 2 of December . I took a test and both came out positive . Is there anyway I can rule out guy 1 as the babies father ... I'm so scared . Can hardly sleep . Please can someone help me
