Negative pregnancy tests

Hi im new to this and just would like to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem as myself.

I havent had a visylt from Aunt flow in 7 weeks (maybe a litlle longer). Ive had some spotting 2 weeks after my last menstrual cycle and nothing since. Lately ive been a little more tired then usual, drinking alot more, not really eating much and hot flushes. Ive done 2 home pregnancy tests and they've both cam back negative. Has anyone else experienced this?
