Only 3 weeks, spotting lightly

Hi all, I tested positive 5 times now and am around 3 weeks. First ever conception, wasn't trying but me and my boyfriend are happy, shocked but happy . I had taken the morning after pill so very surprised in fact 

I have taken three positive tests and one conception but since have had some light spotting when I wipe. No cramps just mild heartburn. It's pinky colour. I took another test and it was still positive but apparently still can be if it was MC? As it's my first and I've never been doctors yet, is spotting normal or is it worth heading to hospital tomorrow? Any honest advice is appreciated
