My symptoms have disappeared!

hi! I was wondering if someone could help me. This is my first ever pregnancy and my app says I'm estimated at aroma me 9 weeks. I have booked my first visit to the midwife for in 4 days time but my symptoms have dissapeared! At first I had on and off nausea but never threw up, I had sore boobs and mild back ache every now and then and yesterday and the day before I had what felt like my lower stomachs/ abdimon was stretching. I woke up today and I have nothing! I read this could be a miscarridge sign and I'm so worried!! I've never been pregnant before so what if I miscarry?! Who can I contact over the weekend?
