Normal for there to be lots of random aches and pains, especially as uterus is stretching, and also for discharge. Presumably your scan has shown all to be well, but you can always check with your GP or midwife if it is causing you anxiety. They expect mums-to-be to have lots of things they want to check and be reassured over as they go along
