Help :(

Hi, 

we have just found out we are pregnant a week ago, on Wednesday. On Thursday I had bleeding which stopped and started again on Friday on which I went to a n e. After spending a weekend in a n e, with bleeding and cramps happening, I had an early scan on Monday where they saw an estimate of about 4 weeks pregancy. Was told there was nothing they could do but wait until I have another  on Tuesday. The bleeding has continued with cramp like period pain, and I feel the bleeding has got heavier/ worse than last week. I'm terrified! The bleeding has got more red as well rather than brown. Is this normal? It's my first preganxy and I'm so scared xx
