Teen pregnancy

I'm 17 years old, from America, and I think I may be pregnant. If I am, I'm only about 10 days in, which is too early to be read on a test. Still, I took an at home test that is the CVS brand and it came back negative. I'm going to wait until my period is late to take another one. I know it seems crazy, but I just feel like something is up. I don't know if that makes any sense. I'd love some advice.. Thanks!
