Told not to gain weight - third trimester

opinions appreciated on this!

i recently attended a physio appointment for my pgp - overall was helpful but was surprised that she used my current weight (29weeks pregnant) to calculate my bmi and from that recommended a weight loss support group and told me not to gain anymore weight now in third trimester.

Whilst I appreciate weight may be an issue for pgp I don't really think bmi is accurate now I'm carrying nearly 30 weeks of baby and bump, secondly surely its not possible to not put on ANY weight in third trimester?!

i have gained about 1 and a half stone so far, and am trying really hard to eat healthy, sticking to mainly slimming world friendly foods just with extra cheese/red meats etc. i know I've gained weight, but for the first 20 weeks I couldn't stomach much except plain carbs (so lots of toast and cheesy pasta!).

just wondered if anyone had similar experiences from a physio?
