Worried about 2nd baby!

So, we lost a baby to acrania in feb this year. They said it was due t9 lack of folic acid. So I've been taking folic acid 5mg for 5 months! I had an early scan today and in so so so worried about the head on this one (acrania is where the head/skull don't fuse) I know none of us are experts but can anyone she'd a bit of light on the triangle on my babies head... So worried. Any feedback would be appreciated x
